How FATIMAH AL-TAHERA TRADERS LLP handles your personal data.

This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and the UDYAM360 application, why, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

1. What we collect

  • Trial sign-up: your name, business name, mobile number, email address and, optionally, GSTIN.
  • Machine fingerprint: a one-way hash computed on your PC from hardware identifiers. We never receive the raw identifiers and cannot reverse the hash.
  • Contact and quote forms: the details you type in.
  • Downloads: the name, company, mobile, email, GSTIN, city, state, business type and number of users you enter before downloading, plus the date, app version, browser type and a hashed IP address.

We do not collect the business data you enter into UDYAM360 (invoices, customers, stock, payroll and so on). It stays on your computer or your own server.

2. Why we use it

  • To issue and manage your trial and paid licences, and to prevent repeated trials on the same machine.
  • To contact you about your trial, quotes, purchases and support requests.
  • To understand how many people download and use the product.

3. Consent

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give on the trial and contact forms. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us; this does not affect processing already done.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who host this website or send email for us, and with authorities where the law requires.

5. Retention

Trial and lead records are kept for 24 months after your last interaction, then deleted. Records linked to a purchase are kept as long as tax law requires.

6. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or to nominate another person to exercise these rights. Write to the Grievance Officer below; we respond within 30 days.

7. Security

Data is stored on secured servers, sent over HTTPS, and accessible only to authorised staff.
