Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read before you buy a licence.

1. Try before you buy

Every plan can be tested free for 14 days with all MAX features. We encourage you to use the trial fully before purchasing.

2. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if the Software does not work on your system as described and our support team cannot resolve the problem. After 7 days, licence fees are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation

Licences are yearly. You can choose not to renew at any time; the Software stays read-only after expiry and your data is kept. Cancelling does not refund the current period, except as in section 2.

4. How to request

Email support@udyam360.in with your invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. The licence issued for that payment is revoked.

5. Upgrades

When you upgrade mid-year, we credit the unused part of your current licence against the new plan.
