Terms of Use & End-User Licence Agreement

1. Agreement

By downloading, installing or using UDYAM360 ("the Software") you agree to these terms with FATIMAH AL-TAHERA TRADERS LLP ("we", "us").

2. Licence grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Software for your own business, for the edition, number of users and period stated in your licence file. The Software is licensed, not sold.

3. Trial

The free trial lasts 14 days from activation and is limited to one trial per business and per computer. After the trial the Software becomes read-only until you install a paid licence. Your data is never deleted by the trial ending.

4. Restrictions

• Do not copy, resell, rent or sublicense the Software.
• Do not modify, decompile or reverse-engineer it, or try to bypass licensing, except as the law expressly permits.
• Do not use more users than your licence allows.

5. Your data

You own the data you enter. It is stored on your own systems; you are responsible for backups. The Software includes a backup tool and remains able to export your data even when unlicensed.

6. Compliance

The Software helps prepare GST documents and returns. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your filings and for checking them against current rules.

7. Warranty and liability

The Software is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the licence fee you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or data.

8. Updates and support

A paid licence includes updates and support during its validity, as described on the pricing page.

9. Termination

We may end this licence if you break these terms. You may stop using the Software at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Koppal have exclusive jurisdiction.
